REFUND FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the Digital Products.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

SHIPPING FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

EEx-Life delivers Physical Products to several countries. If your delivery country is not located on the list of deliverable places, you will not be able to receive Physical Products from EEx-Life in that country. EEx-Life strives to deliver to as many locations as possible. Deliverable countries are subject to change from time to time without notice.

A handling charge will be applied on every order. An additional handling charge will be applied on orders that require special handling and packaging. These charges will be based on your order amount and may change from time to time without prior notice.

All items purchased from EEx-Life are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. EEx-Life aims to select reliable third-party carriers; however, responsibility for your ordered Physical Products passes to the third-party carrier once they take possession of them. When such Physical Products are delivered (which is defined as but not limited to: signed for, directly hand delivered, left at door, mailroom, mailbox, front desk and/or management office), the package and its contents becomes your sole responsibility. You must check the quantity and condition of the Physical Products you have ordered upon delivery. To the extent permitted under applicable law, EEx-Life will not accept returns for damaged or incorrect items, or replace missing Physical Products, when the Physical Products have been delivered.

The purchase price of Physical Products will be deducted from your credit card account or eWallet account when we receive your order, while delivery is subject to EEx-Life’s confirmation of the availability and actual price of the Physical Products. You are responsible for any fees and expenses associated with mis-deliveries or non-deliveries, such as if orders are delivered to a wrong address or is rejected at the stated delivery address. For such related issues or concerns, please comply with the procedures of the third-party carrier. If redelivery is required, you will be responsible for all associated charges and for making the necessary arrangements with the third-party carrier.

Any delivery times stated are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors that may cause delays. You may track the progress of your delivery with the tracking number provided.

All Physical Products delivered shall be deemed to have been received by the fifth (5th) day from the date of mailing.

All times and dates noted shall be read according to UTC +08:00 (Singapore time).

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS RETURN POLICY

Subject to the requirements below, any Physical Product is eligible for a refund or exchange, except for any business tools or sales tools. The refund will not include the cost of the original postage. EEx-Life recommends using a trackable, insured service for your returns. Please make sure all Physical Products are well-packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. EEx-Life does not take title to your returned items until the item arrives in EEx-Life’s possession or control, and is not responsible for any Physical Products damaged or lost during the return process.

All returned Physical Products will be subject to inspection before refunds or exchanges will be processed. All returned Physical Products will be subject to a 10% administrative fee. The administrative fee may be deducted from the refund processed. Refunds and exchanges are processed at EEx-Life’s sole and absolute discretion and can take over ten (10) business days if the refund is made to your credit card.

Cooling Off Period

Consumers may cancel an order within seven (7) days of placement. Consumers may return Physical Products to the Distributor or directly to EEx-Life. All returns are subject to the Policy on Shipping and Returns and Consumer Return FAQ. Should the Consumer return the Physical Product to the Distributor, the Distributor must give a full refund of the purchase price to the Consumer. The Distributor must refund the Consumer within 10 days of the Consumer’s request. If the Consumer returns the Physical Product to the Distributor for a Physical Product exchange, the Distributor is responsible for the Physical Product exchange.

Original Condition

You may return the Physical Product to EEx-Life within twenty (20) days of the original purchase date for an exchange or a refund, provided the Physical Product is unused and in its original packaging with original documentation as well as in resalable condition.

Damaged Condition

In the event a Physical Product has been delivered in a damaged condition (either damaged during delivery or with a manufacturing defect), a refund with any delivery fees paid or exchange will be processed without any administrative fees. Damages must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery receipt by contacting Customer Service. After claiming the damages, you may return the damaged Physical Products within twenty (20) days of the original purchase date.

Incomplete & Incorrect Orders

In the event you have received an item in error, or are missing an item from your order, please contact Customer Service with your order confirmation number within 24 hours of delivery receipt. EEx-Life will deliver missing items and/or items that should have been delivered free of charge.

In the event the Physical Products you have ordered are not available, you will be contacted, and alternative products or a refund will be offered.
